Aidan Rowan says: The video is rather dull. The video had a very strong emphasis on the mathematics, but not much on the concepts. Although Hooke's law was explained, and the area of the curve was explained, it stuck so firmly on the theoretical mathematics, and didn't try to tie it in to something I really "got" on a gut level. It was just a full video of plugging in numbers to equations, which I couldn't be invested in, and didn't really offer a deeper understanding of the topic. If one did need help explicitly with the mathematical side of these problems, then this video would be helpful to them.
