I like how you explained the concepts of work in general before delving into a specific problem, and your explanations were understandable and well-said. The only thing I did not understand was the "negative work in" equaling "work out," statement. The way I comprehend it is that "work out" is typically in the form of friction or heat, but can that also be considered negative "work in?" Definitely an interesting thought.

Sarah Young says: I thought this video was pretty good overall! I appreciate that you provided several ways to think about work in order to understand it from different directions. I thought you could have also mentioned what happens if the force is applied at 90 degrees to the way the system is moving in order to highlight the significance of the dot product, not just multiplication. I agree with Emaun in that your description of work in and work out was kind of confusing but also really helpful and interesting to think about.
